How long does delivery take?
From the moment we finalize your personalization until you receive your finished product, it usually takes 7–10 days.
Do you ship outside Switzerland (e.g. Germany, France, Italy)?
Yes, we ship internationally.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Since each order is custom handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I request a rush order for an upcoming event?
